Being able to communicate "correctly" (short an to the point) not only reflecting "status" but "culture" is a huge challenge. A good portion of our portfolio is english as a 2nd (or 3rd) language. I constantly have to be aware of the audience I'm speaking to. Look forward to following this site and perhaps learn some important keys, ones I may know but never took seriously.
